The term real-time can be used in different contexts. What does real-time mean in relation to Kairos?
When the term real-time is used in relation to Kairos, fucntional modelling and decision support in the control room, we refer to decisions that have to be made within seconds and minutes of the incidents. "Real-time" data that is more than 1 minute old, are history and of little use for making fast and effective decisions in the control room.
