Onboarding

Kairos CRA is based on establishing a Multi-level Flow Model (MFM) of the process. This model will define the objective of each process function and how the functions are related. Our onboarding process is an easy 4-step process from model development to operation. 

1. Model development 

• Collect information (PFD, P&ID, Operations Manual, ICSS information
• Provisional sensor list
• Identify library modules
• Build Functional Model 

2. Off-line testing 

• Establish and test scenarios
• Workshop to validate scenarios
• Improve model
• Update library modules 

• Identify OPC connection to ICSS
• Install Cogent Data hub if required
• Install Kairos CRA on target system or cloud
• Connect OPC data 
• Start-up and commissioning 

• User training
• Monthly model review 
• SW maintenance 
• Library maintenance
