Bjarne André is the managing director of Kairos Technology AS. He holds 20+ years of experience from the Oil & Gas industry, with the past 15 years in leadership positions in ABB. Bjarne André has worked as a project leader, a leader for ABB’s Oil & Gas office in Stavanger, division leader for Process Automation in Qatar, VP for oil, gas, and petrochemicals with responsibility for the Middle East, and as a VP in business development for chemistry, oil and gas activities globally for ABB.Bjarne André has a degree from a university college as a process automation engineer, with additional leadership education from AFF and ABB.
Claus is the CTO of Kairos Technology AS and the MD of our Danish branch. Prior to joining Eldor, Claus was SVP Energy Technology at Lloyd’s Register and then Scientific & Commercialization Director at the Danish Hydrocarbon Research and Technology Centre. These appointments has given him great knowledge of the value chains in the energy and maritime industries.Claus' expertise includes operational management, organization development, leading innovation projects and technology troubleshooting. Claus holds a PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.
Bernt is an entrepreneur who founded Eldor AS in 2006. Innovation and business development are some of his passions. He started programming control and safety systems in 1988 and has been a project manager in several ICSS and telecommunication projects.Bernt is currently the sales and marketing director for Kairos Technology and chairman of the board in NFEA. Bernt has extensive experience with international project management, specifically within the oil and gas industry. He is an offshore engineer graduate from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Ørjan's responsibilities involve identifying business needs, advising on system design and architectural choices, planning and defining scope, ensuring quality, and developing core components of the Kairos Control Room Assistant. Ørjan has over 15 years of experience in software development. His career started as Head Engineer in the Norwegian Coastal Administration. Later, he proceeded to consultancy firms contributing in designing and implementing customised IT solutions for renowned clients in government, banking and finance, real estate, and energy. He attained a BSc degree in Informatics from Hedmark University College and an MSc degree in Informatics from the University of Manchester.
Henning has 25+ years of experience from oil & gas, marine, rail, power and manufacturing industry working as specialist within vibration control and system dynamics. He has extensive experience in performing dynamic analyses and simulations and considerable experience performing experimental work both in the laboratory and in the field. Over the years, he has been architect and the original implementer of numerous methods and softwares. Henning is a seasoned project- and programme manager and has been in a number of managing and leading roles. Henning has an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Technical University of Denmark and an MBA from Copenhagen Business School.
Sara is a petroleum engineer and has, through her education from the Norwegian University of Science & Technology (NTNU), gained vast knowledge covering many fields connected to the oil and gas industry. Digitalization and modernization of the oil and gas industry has always been of key interest. Despite her age she also has much experience within marketing and project lead to mention some.
Sarah is originally a Process Engineer but became a control and safeguarding specialist for Shell International early on in her career, working mainly on projects relating to the downstream business. During the last 17 years she has worked in the upstream business for both Shell and Petrolink. She graduated from the University of Nottingham in 1982.
Sharat has more than 9 years of experience from different chemical process industries, such as oil & gas, mineral processing, cement, etc. He worked as a research and development (process) engineer at The Quartz Corp., Norway. Before that, he has been working in different roles in Scandinavian countries. He has experience in developing functional models for the oil and gas industry, especially offshore. Sharat has a doctorate degree from the Technical University of Denmark, working on the project related to CO2 capture from cement and power plants in collaboration with FLSmidth A/S. He also did post doc. at the Technical University of Denmark on multi-level flow modelling.
Lu holds a PhD degree in Process-, Energy- and Automation Engineering from University of South-Eastern Norway. She has extensive experience in oligomerization catalysis for petrochemical field. She also has experience in process optimization and environmental engineering.
Morten Lind is a professor emeritus and senior researcher at DTU and one of the developers of Multilevel Flow Modelling. He has, to mention some, responsibilities involving identifying modelling needs and improving modelling strategy. Morten has many years of experience revolving Multilevel Flow Modelling. He also has extensive experience with simulation and modelling.
Xinxin Zhang is an Assistant Professor from Technical University of Denmark (DTU). She received her PhD degree from DTU in 2015 and since then has been working as an active researcher at DTU’s Automation and Control research group, focusing on the subject of situation assessment in complex system by using Functional Modelling approach. Xinxin Zhang has been contributing to both Danish and international research projects in several different industrial area including Oil and Gas production, nuclear power production, and power systems.
Eldor was started by passionate engineers with extensive experience within system engineering of automation, telecommunication, instrumentation and operation centers, namely: Bernt Eldor and Jørund Sæten. Eldor are experts in the interface between engineering and production of automation and telecommunication systems, as well as with integrated operations.
