What is the price of the Control Room Assistant?

At Kairos, we only provide our software solutions via Software as a Service (SaaS) business model. But installation of our software is unlimited when it comes to number of users & locations. We can easily install locally in the central control room, in the cloud, at enterprise HQ, on a mobile hand-held asset, etc. Therefore, our pricing reflects this approach - we truly believe that use of our software provides payback that can be measured in hours (rather than days or even weeks) and 20x ROI!

Kairos pricing - Control Room Assistant (CRA)

Due to the number of installations, we are lucky to have a large library of (NORSOK-based) pre-configured process library models – that can be easily combined and/or tailored to your specific process.

Kairos pricing – Emissions Radar (EmRad)

Emissions Radar requires a full CRA model to be in place but comes as an additional purchase that layers on top of CRA. All we then need is your emissions reduction strategy and we can implement that plan as part of our counteraction (advice) plan.

Licence breakdown

The Kairos product suite consists of the following elements:

Workbench – Web based MFM model build and test. Free for Academic users.
Support – Web support is a part of Academic licence. 24/7 support end users.
Model improvements and verification – Bi-weekly for 6 initial operational months, otherwise monthly.
Library improvements – Improved library functions are available for end-users.
Configuration Library – The base elements of our modelling system are provided should users (for the site covered by CRA licence) wish to update or create their own models.
Software maintenance – Free access to latest versions.

Cost Structure

The Kairos monthly recurring cost is based on the size of the plant.

For upstream / offshore production plants, pricing is based on (average) number of producing wells, namely:

Small Asset (1-9 wells)
Medium Asset (10-49 wells)
Large Asset (>50 wells)

For downstream / chemicals (or other types of) production plants, pricing is based on number of P&IDs, namely:

Small Process / Plant (up to 75 P&IDs)
Medium Process / Plant (76-149 P&IDs)
Large Process / Plant (150 - 249 P&IDs)
*Custom Process / Plant (>250 P&IDs)
