For the gaslift compressor incident, one single alarm occurred, which was not enough to understand the scenario and resulted in production losses. We show how Kairos CRA would have given 3 days’ notice to deal with the incident. 

Assuming conservatively that 50% of the losses could be avoided, gives an improved production efficiency of 0,65% over the past 4 years.
