Kairos has entered into an exciting collaboration agreement with the research laboratory GREAH at the University of Le Havre in Normandie, France.

The research will look into the opportunities and feasibility of including time measurements and sequencing into the Kairos digital process twin with the aim of predicting the time to next failure, to improve the ranking of causes and consequences in the Kairos - Control Room Assistant.

We are very pleased to welcome Mme. Safae LMansouri who has started an Internship with Prof. Dimitri Lefebvre at GREAH. Prof. Lefebvre's research areas include process monitoring and diagnosis, and the modelling of dynamic and discrete event systems. Safae will be working in close co-operation with our application scientist Denis Kirchhübel, supported by Prof. Lefebvre at GREAH and our CTO Claus Myllerup for the next 4-6 months.

Following items will be addressed in the program:

  1. How to use the sequence in which measurements reach an abnormal level to distinguish between causes?
  2. How to use the rate of measured deviation?
  3. How to use the magnitude of deviation?

We are very pleased with the collaboration agreement and expect great results from the research.
